Review: None The Less – The Way To Save Ourselves

albumartworkThe newest release from Watford 5-piece None The Less comes in the form of this little number.

Mini-album The Way To Save Ourselves, spreads out to touch a lot of different crowds, there’s metalcore, hardcore, progressive, straight=up metal, rock, and it all fits together perfectly.

Define is ruthlessly heavy, and is complimented brilliantly with a more melodic vocal form, as well as it’s fair share of hardcore and metal-esque screams and growls here and there from frontman Ant Giannaccini and guitarist Owen Harvey‘s slick combination.

The band sound similar to Reading metallers Exit Ten, but maybe having the edge with some really catchy, more rock-orientated tunes.

Their constant use of double bass drumming, twin guitars, and excellent breakdowns really catch the ears, and this record is a brilliant introduction to the band, who are onto something really great with this gem.

The Way To Save Ourselves is out now, you can buy it from HERE.

You can catch None The Less on tour with Young Guns in July and August for more info and dates, visit their MySpace:
